Customized Items
Thanks for your interest in the US Pet Pros customized clothing. The process is pretty easy to get started. Everything on the site can be customized with your biz name, number, website, and your logo (if you have one). You just need to let me know a few things...
1) How would you like your items customized?
You have a few options as to how you would like your customized design to look:
a) You can put your information/logo on plain items, so the only thing there is your information.
b) You can add your information to an existing design in the shop. In this case your text would go above, below, around, etc. the design of your choice.
c) You can combine your info with a current design by placing them on opposite sides of a shirt. As an example, a current design on the front and your information on the back or vice versa. (Note: New dark clothing items are available with front printing only.)
2) What information would you like on your items?
Common choices are business name, phone number, web address, slogan, and/or logos (Only logos you own are allowed. No "borrowed" artwork is allowed.)
3) On which items would you like to see your customized design?
Every item on the site is available for customizing. Choices include t-shirts, sweatshirts, long sleeved, baseball, jr sized items, kids items, stickers, buttons, magnets, mugs, etc. Feel free to browse the shop and see which items you like.
4) Do you want to use your logo?
If you have a logo you would like to use you need to e-mail it to me. It has to be a minimum of 200dpi. Size matters, so send the largest size file you have, especially if you want it to be full size on the front or back of a shirt. If you're not sure if you have the right sized image, go ahead and send it and I'll have a look at it to see if it will work.
Once I receive your customizing information, I will get started on your design. Designs can usually be completed within 72 hours. Once done, I will create a private shop page where you can view your design on the items you choose. You can then order your items directly from that shop page.
Advantages of using US Pet Pros for your customized items:
* Low Cost - Customizing is only $3 extra over the normal cost of your item. Single and double sided items are the same cost.
* No Minimum - Order one item or 100, it doesn't matter! Each item is only $3 extra, no matter how many you order!
* See Your Design Before You Buy - Your customized items are available to view on-line before you place your order. That gives you the opportunity to see your design and approve it before you buy anything. Since everything on the site is virtual and nothing is actually printed until you order, this also gives you the chance to see how your design will look on any item you wish. Not sure if you want a pocket design or full sized? You can see both. Not sure if you'll like how it looks on a pink or green shirt? You can see any and all combinations...just ask!
* 30-Day return policy - All items are printed and shipped via Cafepress, the company that hosts US Pet Pros. If you receive your item and it's not up to your standards, you have 30 days to return the item and receive a refund. Printing problems are rare, but may happen on occasion, so I ask that if there is a problem with your order, let me know. Most problems can be fixed/replaced to the customers satisfaction and don't require a refund.
* Future Orders - Once your private shop page is set up you can return at any time in the future to re-order items. Buy tank tops in the summer and sweatshirts in the winter or just buy as your budget allows. If you want to add additional items to your shop page at a later date, just e-mail. Some sitters add a link on their website to their shop page so clients or employees can order items as well.
* Personal Attention - US Pet Pros isn't a large company. It's run by a fellow Pet Professional who understands the needs of other Pet Professionals. I'll work with you to create a design that you like and would be proud to wear out on the street to represent your company. If you're not exactly sure what you'd like, I'll help you figure it out. Got an idea that isn't covered? Ask and I'll let you know if I can make it work. I'm not happy until you are!

If you are ready to get started, browse the shop and see what items and designs you like and then let me know the customizing details (#1-4 above) and any specifics you may have (font, font color, etc.). If no specifics are laid out, I'll choose the text style and color that I think works best. If you want to use a logo send it along as well. Once I get your customizing information, I'll get started on your design right away.
